We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade earrings. However, due to the nature of earrings, we have a limited return policy.
General
Returns
We generally do not accept returns on jewelry due to sanitation.
We have no way to know if an item has been worn once shipped.
Therefore, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns on jewelry, especially earrings.

items
If your items are damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We understand that accidents happen during shipping, and we'll be happy to replace your items or issue a full refund for the damaged item(s).
proof of
purchase
To expedite the replacement or refund process, we will request a photo of the damaged item(s) and a copy of your invoice for order verification.
exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
However, if you have a specific concern about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
customized
items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on customized items, except in the extremely rare case of damage during shipping.
Since these items are one-of-a-kind and made specifically to your request, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

In the case of a damaged item, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, which is a flat rate fee of $5.
